How Do You Access the CSF files?

I am trying to make a Fed TNG ship set and noticed that there were CSF files and I don't know how to access them. Any suggestions?

You can't. These are the compiled script files. Check the Utilities\ScriptParser folder for the original scripts and the tool that compiles them.
