Disable treaties?

Is there anyway to disable treaties between players in Game Setup? More specificly on my next game of PBW I want to make it a free for all.

If I can't disable treaties is there a way short of honesty that I can discover treaties?

Turn on "Show all scores", and edit the score formula to say that allies give you minus a million points?
