Replacement EA Agartha Needed - Turn 4!

The previous owner left because of the scale bug (started with -2 fortune). IMHO it is way to early (turn 4!) to be a big problem, since it will fix itself in the next couple turns - though I don't know the extent of the scales or what state Agartha is in.
