Balance Mod 1.03a patch.

Here's a patch for PBW players that will allow you to upgrade space empires to 1.33
it fixes many of the things Kwok has fixed in the later versions without the savegame breaking things.
I've not done anything with the AI, so AI games may or may not have some problems (I don't really know how AI works so I've left that alone)

Geo will be updating the PBW balancemod 1.03 to this version in the next few days, if any of you want to do a test with any single or non PBW multiplayer 1.03 games then do so and let us know how it goes.

No, I haven't done anything with the mod yet. The server just went down yesterday. It's back up now.

I've loaded a game and everything seems fine. it was an old multiplayer game though, I was hoping somone would have an single player game that they could test it with.
note that this should work for the 1.04 version of BM too.

the only thing I'm not ceartain about is if any of the changes affect the AI.

I'm hoping for it to go on PBW soon so I can update to v1.33 and still play in other games. I hate feeling "stuck" in my one game presently.

so have all games automaticly updated to this?
or do admins need to do that?

I know I had to adjust it in the game where I'm the admin.
