Puzzling Error Message

When one of my mods is enabled, I get this error message at some point during the game if the nation is AI controlled.

build: bad f


I am not sure if this is worth mentioning, but this is a water nation I receive the error message with. I am sure it is some typo or something I have done wrong in my mod, but I have looked it over a few times and everything looks ok.

Does anyone have any insight into what this error may be?

Could it be linked to this:

* Dragonflies' strength changed from 0 to 1 and they can now inflict damage.
* Burden of time caused severe damage to diseased non old people, fixed.
* LA Atlantis could not continue fort construction, fixed.

I'm not sure what it did, but "build f" sounds like a problem with fort-building...

I think your right. WOW, I made a waterbound nation and did not give them the ability to build underwater forts. I copied and pasted the forts from a land based nation, changed the land forts but never added the water ones, simply WOW.
