PBW support for 1.35

I've added PBW support for 1.35.

I'm lost. What version of BM is 'SE5 V1.35 with Balance Mod v1.05+' using? 1.05 or 1.06? Also, is it possible to name it by the version and not the directory?

I think Kwok stated the BM 1.06 is 1.35 compatible as well.

All 1.33 compatible mods are 1.35 compatible.
