PBW "newbie game"

Rollo, I just tried to update the max players to 8, and PBW won't let me, it says "game already started" even though I'm still waiting for some empire files?!
Guess having 7/7 players is treated as a started game.

Hmm, too bad. Thanks, for trying.Please give me a note, if one of the players doesn't send his empire file. I would like to take the spot.

Rollo, will do. Currently waiting for two empire files, both from players I don't know. I wonder if they just found the game on PBW or if they were referred to it by some of the others. I'll give them a day or so, if they don't upload soon I'll kick one of them and let you in.
I want to get started soon !

Dragonlord, okay fine. I have a 3000pt empire with no intel already done. Using it in Quikngruvn's game (which is also full, but hasn't stated,yet) as well. So, I can upload it anytime, when you contact me.

Hi Dragonlord,
I just wanted to join the game and saw that all slots are already taken http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon9.gif.
Could you please open another slot so I can join (don't actually know if this is possible). Or least put me on top of the list for a replacement player. You can send me an email (adress is in the profile).

OK, we are off ! Spiralus is ready for your first turn. Last minute changes: units max set to 2500, ship max to 400. Rollo made it into the game by a hair's breadth, got there just before the other player contacted me about his empire file.

I will start a new thread in which we can discuss Spiralus.
