View Full Version : Nature Shrine Bug / Intelligence Bug

Nature Shrines DON'T have system wide ability, they are just effective for the planet which has built one.
Is that reported to MM already ?
The intelligence/counter intelligence bug is reported now. I recommend to disable intelligence until this is fixed, especially for multiplayer games.

ver 1.41, I have started a high-tech game, the religious race has built a nature shrine, I have written down all of the planet values and conditions, 30 years later the planet with the shrine was optimal with about 170 % minerals/organics/radioactives. All of the other planets had their origin values.

Did you check to see if your Total production had increased. Some of the system wide resource enhancers do not show the increase on the actual planets, but do show the increase in the total empire production display.

No I haven't. But the Nature Shrine should effect the planet conditions/values directly, I think it is not working like the system wide resource enhancers (I have tried the system robotoid factory to see if there's a problem with system wide abilities in general, but this works like it should and it works like you have mentioned: the increase is just displayed in the total empire production display).
Nature Shrine III:
Ability 1 Type := Planet Value Change - System
Ability 1 Descr := Increases the value of all planets in the system by 3% each year (only 1 facility per system effective).
Ability 1 Val 1 := 3
Ability 1 Val 2 := 0
Ability 2 Type := Planet Conditions Change - System
Ability 2 Descr := Improves the conditions of all planets in the system by 3% each year (only 1 facility per system effective).
Ability 2 Val 1 := 3
Ability 2 Val 2 := 0
Maybe this is a new problem with ver 1.41 because I can't remember any problems with nature shrines in the older Versions, maybe anyone who has not upgraded yet could check this ?

I've been playing a long MP game for months now, and my Nature Shrines seem to have been affecting all planets in a system. I haven't checked for a difference since the 1.41 patch, however.
