IIRC EPPs are impossible on bases, either you cannot implement them in the design or it doesn't create turns if it's used.

If i build a base with wormhole creating capability, it don't work because report 'no movement left' ........
Version is 1.41 with TDM 1.75

That's right, you have to have 1 movement point to use Stellar Manip. I have read in other threads about using Emergency Propulsion Pods on bases and getting movement that way but I've never done it...seems almost like cheating IMO....

Putting EPP on bases was something I read in an old thread. I recently proposed in my thread on carriers versus starbases putting EPP on the starbases to make carriers obsolete. You can put the EPP on the base. You can pop it. But it generates no movement. So you cannot do stellar and you cannot move at all. End of the mobile starbase idea, so design a baseship attack base to do the function you seek.

Of course in about five minutes you can revise the baseship in vehicle sizes to be as big as you like. Keep in mind, the bigger they are, the more they cost, the more it hurts to lose just one....
