Hey people,
I'm sitting here thinking random thoughts, and was wondering how a Summon Iron Chef spell would work.
So far, I've got:
1) Construction Spell
2) Earth Path
3) Size 3
3) Construct
4) Multi-limbed
5) Armed with Ginsu(tm) knives.
6) Supply Bonus (It slices! It dices!)
7) Magical Being
8) Non-living
But the specifics escape me, like skill/Gem requirements and stats, particularly Protection and Attack. Any ideas?

Sorry, here I go making assumptions again http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif
Here's a bit of background material:

So, I thought, "Hey, why not have a magic chef that can also fight for you?" Here's something to illustrate the concept:

You can clearly see from this that I have no better use for the grey-coloured custard in my head that masquerades as my brain.
Still, if you were to have a magical cook combatant, what else would you put in?

It's a national spell for Yomi/Shinuyama/Jomon.
Const 3, requires 3E and 2N. Costs 5 earth gems, is not a commander.
It's got a mechanical man statline, plus the normal bonuses for +1 size give it at least twice the hit points, and +5 strength. Also, the Iron Chef is clearly very quick moving.
#copystats "Mechanical Man"
#name "Iron Chef"
#size 3
#hp 22
#str 17
#ambidextrous 4
#ap 16
#descr "The challenge ingredient is.... YOU!"
#supplybonus 25
#itemslots 7326
#weapon "Ginsu Knife"
#weapon "Ginsu Knife"
#weapon "Ginsu Knife"
#weapon "Ginsu Knife"
#end
Try that.

Thanks Dr. P. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/laugh.gif
Either that, or have a Wandering Chef Hero for TC/Jomon, I think.
A bit of Background:

Spamming Summon Iron Chef and taking over the world with an army of magic fighting gourmets seems, well, silly.
Good culinary skills are a rare and treasured commodity, and should not be duplicable with a simple spell (barring Wish).

I'd like to go on record saying that I support this mad, mad, MAD idea, atleast as far as the heroic aspect goes (imo, his name should be "Chef Kinichi" and his creature-type should be "Master of the Iron Butterfly" but I digress...) except to suggest that you leave the "iron chef" or anything else copyrightable out of it.
Perhaps "Chef Kinichi" is a wandering 4-armed Devi (ala Patala) who happened to head east into mainland China, where his journey towards spiritual oneness with the Buddha took a decidedly culinary aspect. He might wear a suit of black plate armor and a black plate cap, with yellow silk robe and chef's hat over, and wield 4 armor-piercing daggers.
He'd be very slow on the battlefield, and lack magic, but he'd be sacred, a commander, and grant a hefty supply bonus.

And morale too. The army's not just eating. It's eating WELL.

Well, the Chinese have been cooking longer and feeding more people, than any other nation you'd care to name.
There's every reason in the world for them to have a heroic chef.

Slow moving across the battlefield, yes. But, with all the practice slicing and dicing onions and celery, he should get 4 dagger attacks, ambidextrous, with high attack skill.
