I will post up NI versions of various maps at a later date. Only the dms though - you'll need the image from the original maps.

But the main point of this thread was to let anyone know that the last batch of NI maps, using the poptype 89 to signal no indy recruitables, no longer work as intended. As of the 3.10 patch, poptype 89 is Firbolgs, so using an old NI map will give you a world full of recruitable firbolgs.

The fix is simple - you go into the NI version dm and change all instances of #poptype 89 to #poptype 92.

You might as well go the whole hog and change the NI poptype to 100. It doesn't matter what the number is as long as it's greater than existing poptypes. I don't think we're suddenly going to get 11 new poptypes out of nowhere...

Heehee. Watch it. Thats Kristoffers territory. What did we get this time? 2 nations, over 100 units, 140 magic sites, and a poptype (just one?) tossed in.

The No indy .dm of the base game map Aran is attached. I'm putting this up because I got a PM who can't seem to get the code for NI maps working.

Okay, this worked, Sombre, but I don't know why the file I made myself does not. If you could, I am attaching the file that was made from a random map. Could you see if there are any obvious errors in the file that would prevent it from working?
