Is there a CBM version for 3.10?

Cant find cbm for 3.10 anywhere. I tried 1.1 but it crashed my dom3.

So, is there a CBM version for 3.10?

No, not yet.

But it's easy to fix cbm1.1 to work with 3.10. Though obviously it won't make changes to stuff like the new units/nations.
