View Full Version : How do I make an empire accept a gift?

I have beaten the Last remaining computer player back to one planet. I now want to give him a few systems so that the game can continue. Every time I offer him something he rejects it. I have tried turning the computer player into a human player, but by the time I open his turn, he has already sent a message rejecting the offer. Is there anything more I can do?

Ok, here is what you do:

H Turn 1- set computer player to human
C Turn 1- turn of ministers
H turn 2- offer gift
C turn 2- accept gift

And viola, your computer player is back in the running.

Set the AI as a player, then immediately turn off the politics minister.

On the next turn, offer and accept.

Then, turn the politics minister on and change it back to an AI.
