Hey everyone.
Just wanted to let everyone know that this mod is still on track for Feb 1 public release. That is, unless the beta testers find anything drasticly wrong.
There still won't be any AI scripts but it's on my list. There are also a fairly large list of things I still want to add, but I want to get this into your hands sooner rather than later.
Here's the fix list so far for 5.03:

Added- Unit Construction, Colonization Tech, Defenses Tech and Resource Generation Technology Groups.
Changed- Re-catagorized appropriate techs to new Technology Groups.
Added- 24 unique versions of racial items Ruins. (now 11.1% chance of a ruin from 4.5% in Stock)
Added- 3 additional versions of Gain Random tech Ruins. (gain 4, 5 or 6 tech levels)
Added- 24 unique versions of racial item Technology levels. (720 combined researchable levels)
Added- 14 unique versions of racial components.
Added- 11 unique versions of racial facilities.
Added- Symbiotic Hulls (unique) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Living Hulls (enhanced) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Crystal-Symbiot Hulls (unique) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Crystallized Hulls (unique) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Crystal-Organic Hulls (unique) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Ceramic Hulls (enhanced) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Silica Hulls (unique) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Living Silica Hulls (enhanced) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- Ceramic Silica Hulls (enhanced) for all ships and bases (no units).
Added- 'Scout' to list of all components usable by 'Ships'.
Added- 'Scout' to list of all weapons that can target 'Ships'.
Fixed- Crystalline Base, Sat, Scout, Colony Ship and WEapon Platforms descriptions all said "must have Organic Trait".
Change- reduced org/rad cost for Pocket Carrier and Light Carrier slightly.
Change- Reduced org/rad cost for Light Freighter and Small Freighter slightly.
There are also a couple of small bug fixes that will make it in too but this is the majority.
