Ultima Mod?

Hey I was just thinking it would be fun to make an Ultima (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ultima) mod. Has anyone thought about the same thing? For instance Iolo would have old age but a precision of 25 and a crossbow, and there'd be the Avatar converting people to the Virtues and Lord British who would of course have very good scales. It would be fun for SP, but not too workable for MP, unless maybe it was Britannia vs the Gargoyles...

It could be a scenario, I guess, or alternatively you could make special provinces for RanDom. The problem with RanDom is that it's not easy to add mods for it, so you'd have to find an existing unit with crossbow that you could use, but e.g. LA Ulm Ranger Captain should do.
