new modding command coming... thoughts on what it does?

Normally they're pretty easy to guess but this one,..

No idea.

Look could mean 'appearance' but I doubt it. Possibly copies the special tags from another unit? Look being like 'lookup' used in code.

hmmm... perhaps a mod command to copy the image of an existing image?

I was thinking maybe it adds special particle effects around the units as if they had an aura, damage shield or other special effect.
