There aren't that many chassises for it, though. Most are either demons or magic beings. The LA Bogarus self-mutilated commander is stealthy and sacred, IIRC.

When you cast Blood Vengeance, does the Blood level of the mage influence how many levels of Blood Vengeance you get? Or is it just standard +1?

The spell gives you a standard blood vengeance(+0) regardless of your casting level.
You get blood vengeance (+1) with the artifact flesh ward.
I don't know other ways to get it

The OP was 2 years ago, but as of one of the recent patches, there is now a command to add blood vengeance. See item 7.9.21 in the mod manual.
