intel: technology reports

I know from the Posts that intel shouldnt be played in multi-player games. But from my singleplayer i know that there is probably a bug:

If i receive tech-reports of another species from my intelligence, they dont show up in the report section from the race.

Also if i see ships sizes even if i havent fought with them, i would like to have noticed that in the report section.

Is it enough if i poste this bug here or should i do it directly to malfador?

2nd thing: i would like to launch my satellites in several Groups (this was possible before the patch 1.41) and even better, i would like to determine the square of my satellites. They show up always in the left top corner - bad with the enemy approaching from the east.

Yes, I've been reporting this problem with intelligence reports on technology since before the game was officially released. I guess all we can do is keep reporting it. It's probably not considered very "important" with all the other stuff and he just never gets to it. There can't be a lot involved in making the reported techs appear in the diplomatic screen.
