SEIV beginners guide?

is there a definitive Beginners Guide to SE4 anywhere on-line? I've found a lot of seemingly useful tips on the big fansites but no step-by-step guide.

thanks Atrocities. I hadn't missed that thread and I've checked out most of the links there along with the most recent couple of pages of this forum, but I was kind of hoping for a neatly packaged Strategy Guide article I can direct potential new players towards.
