I'm considering revamping the generally ship/hull sizes in the mod I'm working on, and maybe even adding some additional types.
What I'd like to do here is pose an open question, in order to get a general overview of how others see the ship/hull sizes:
Taking into account the inclusion of SEIV Neo-Standard, what would you rate the various ships classes at in terms of Tonnage?
Scout
Escort
Corvette
Frigate
Destroyer
Hvy Destroyer
Lt Cruiser
Cruiser
Heavy Cruiser
Battlecruiser
Battleship
Dreadought
Hvy Dreadnought
Juggernaut
Baseship
Hvy Baseship
also possibly -
Small Worldship
Medium Wroldship
Large Worldship
Interceptor (small, fast ship designed to intercept enemies)
Attack Cruiser
Tactical Cruiser
Stealth Cruiser
Defense Cruiser
Small Drone
Medium Drone
Large Drone

Brotherhood
[Click to view full Image] The Brotherhood is the organized religion of the world of Mutant Chronicles. It was founded to do battle against The Darkness, and so it does. However, it is not certain how many innocents have fallen pray to its Inquisition, and how many more have died because the technology that could have saved them was destroyed or was never researched under the Brotherhood''s Edicts.

In truth, I wasn't planning to ADD more ship sizes to Neo-Standard, but rather use some of the existing images to fill in for those TYPES instead. The idea was that in addition to the NS Hulls, I'd have a handful of "special" types with enhanced abilities based on their special duties.

That's the plan ;)
Mostly, I was just fishing for a generalized sense of size and proportion from the SEIV community at large, seeing what'd appeal overall as it were.

A lot of time the term super or such doesn't mean the ship is larger, just means its more heavily armored or has increased fire power. Sherman tank, Super Sherman. (Same tank, but the super tank has larger weapons better armor, stronger motor. same size.)

Okay - now for some suggestions from the audience....;)
I'm curious what "Special" category ship type/hulls would make an interesting additions? And why?
So far possible considerations are:
Stealth Cruiser
Attack ( or Tactical ) Cruiser
Defense Cruiser
Man-o-War
Stealth Scout
Exploration Cruiser ( or Explorer )
