I have an Undamaged BC and other ships with quantum engines sitting still for 2 turns (some by themselves, some in fleets) and they have 0 supplies. I thought the engines were supposed to fill up the supplies every turn.
Any idea whats up?

Quantum reactors give you infinite supplies.
Quantum engines give you faster movement.
Until you research Resupply 5, you'll have to use solar panels or resupply ships.

Quantum engines are no different to any other engines except that they get an extra bonus movement.
You require a means on your ships to supply them with resources either solar panels, emergency supply pods or quantum reactors (which are also found in the emergency resuply tree).
