SE4 - What's still around?

Thought I'd take a minute here and ask:

What Space Empires 4 related sites are still up and running, and which are now defunct or dead?

A better question is, what is no longer around? Most of the sites are still up, afterall. PBW is obviously defunct, as are all the sites on <a href="http://www.spaceempires.net/link-14.html">this list</a>.

All of my stuff had a URL change; dyndns -to> duckdns.
So it might be tricky to find until I get all the links updated.

But its still there!
