Well the Raiders in the last game at least gave one player a hard time, until the all powerful NarnRegime took care of them.... So a new game will start in a few weeks. Check out -> http://www.spaceempires.net/ftopicp-48661.html#48661

Also, I am updating the mod, tidying it up, but also adding more new random events, another new ship type, 'armed transport' with built in boarding ability, more and bigger worldships. In addition, more reworked graphics, new components, bigger troops more Ion storms and nebulaes etc etc..

As usual the mod will be too big to upload here, so you will only be able to get it at se.net. Pop on other... :D

OK, Skywalker V 1.3 is now ready... I tried to get into spaceempires.net - dead! At 32MB, I can't upload it here. Planet pack 14 is available finally I believe, and I have the component pack update ready, except for an error on one pic, that I am waiting on someone to sort out. Componets up to 3384! It's nearly midnight here, I'll try se.net again shortly.....

This version as updated 'basic components' as well as even more nebulaes, more ancient tech, a more modern CSM that can be researched after CSM, 'Epsilon' missile, troops up to 90 kt, a Mash unit for troops, more new planets, Worldships over 6,000 kt plus an 'armed transport' hull with built in boarding unit.

Pity I can't edit my own posts, any way it has been suggested I add monsters to this game! As per se.net, let me know what you think.

Shrapnel implemented a policy where replies in a thread can only be edited for the first thirty minutes. I can't see why, but what can you do?

That was because some people would come back weeks later and change their post to make them "Look Good!!!" :doh:
You don't have to worry about them any longer as they have moved off into government and politics... :D
