SE4 TDM-ModPack Interim Patch

This is an interim patch designed to make the TDM-ModPack v.1.80 compatible with the SE4 patch 1.49. This patch does not contain new AI script files for the TDM-ModPack races. But stay with us, we will post new AI files in about one to two weeks.
