Well I tested the "new" emissive armor in the simulator. It's still no good. If the damage is less than or equal to 30 (for EA III), then it cancels the damage. If the damage is any more, then it acts like regular armor. No -30 to the damage like we hoped. This is basically useless. Even against fighters it doesn't help, since fighter Groups fire all of their weapons at once. Wasn't this the way it was before? I thought it was "fixed".

Assume you have a 1kg squirrel
E=mc^2
E=1kg(3x10^8m/s)^2=9x10^16J
which, if I'm not mistaken, is equivilent to roughly a 50 megaton nuclear bomb.
Fear the squirrel.

I can't tell the difference between this new EA and the old stuff. It's still worthless.

All that has to be done is to subtract the Emissive ability amount (of the component being hit) from the damage whenever a component gets hit, its not that complicated.

The only question is whether the simulator is accurate, and still works the same as regular combat.
