For those who have the first 2.
Now next year will be ig3, moo3 and stars2.
So that leaves about 12 hours a week for work. 8 for the wife and 6 for sleeping.

IGII was a fun game to play for about an hour. IGIII, just from the screen shots, looks like it will have a monstours learning curve.
100 planets in 20 solor systems? God that small by any standard.

looks small but detailed. did i miss something, or is there no ground combat?
i will forgive it for having such a puny number of systems and planets if the ship combat is super detailed. planet management does not look like much, but the idea that you can reconfigure your shields and give each individual weapon on a ship its own targeting priority is pretty slick. you sure would not want that level of micromanagement in a larger game.
will be interesting to see how the story is, and how the multiplayer potential is. people gave starcraft points because of its 3-race play ballance and seperate story lines. this one has 6. I would like to see if they can pull it off, balancing more than two tech trees is a real pain. of course, their trees could be all the same...

Capitalism 2 is coming out in December.
Game spot has a good review of it.
I played Capitalism Plus for a few years and enjoyed it.
Very detailed game.
