Anyway, can somebody make armor revamp mod downloadable? I didn't find this download anywhere.

It's built into CBM 1.83. Or you can download it here (was not hard to find!):

I'm not 100% sure this is the final version, although knowing Sombre it probably is.

It is good that it is built in CBM 1.83. I've found mentioned link on z7, but it lead me on the page with national mods.

Oh, ha, that will teach me to say "was not hard to find!" - Karma strikes back! As you say it seems the link I gave is useless, so I don't know where to download it in a standalone form.

I've checked CBM 1.83, it seems that encumberance decreased just on one for majority of troops. It doesn't seem enough to make heavy armored troops much more resistance to encumberance.
