Ok, I did a search for SEIV, and several common sites popped up including Hyperion Base, (yes its new) and Spoogy Federation.
My question is simple, I have Space Empires IV and SEIV listed in the Meta date tag, but still nothing works for getting my site to list with search engines. HELP me please.

Have you tried www.google.com? (http://www.google.com?) That one seems to list stuff that the others don't.
Anyway, I think most search engines have a "submit" area where you can tell them about your page. Otherwise, try getting your site linked to from other sites. (this one for example - post an html link to your site or join the banner exchange) That should improve your linkage.
Other than that though, I think it's largely a matter of waiting. Your site should get noticwed sooner or later.

Go to my meagre SEIV pages (http://www.sandman43.fsnet.co.uk/se4main.htm) to generate your own code.
