Hi Everyone! Haven't posted on or read this forum in awhile and it looks like a lot has changed so please forgive me if this question is in the wrong place or already asked and answered elsewhere. Does the Map Editor have a print function that I'm missing? If not, could it be added?

I'm fairly new at this and I have been poking around SEIV websites trying to see if anyone has a utility that will print a map from a players point of view. Kind-of like what you get when you right click on the map window, but able to print output large enough so I can post it on a wall.

That would be great if someone could program it, it would make planninga ttacks/showing off yoru empire to friends easier. as a stopgap measure you coudl hit printscreen and then paste into powerpoint or similar and crop and enlarge.
OT--i have a PC adn SE4 obviously but one of my friends wants to get SE4 and has a mac... any solutions, are theygoing to port it to mac? i told him to just a PC anyway. haha

Well, there are programs out there that emulate PCs, which *should* let him run SE4. Might get a little slow in big games, and no gurrentee of it running at all.

I normally use ALT-PrintScreen, as this only copies the current window, then open Microsoft Photo Editor, and paste. After doing the Negative function, I print. Use the fit-to-page and landscape mode for the largest size. It turns out fairly well, but I don't know how to make it wall sized.
