SEIV Gold rebate

I missed the bit about the rebate. The order page says Shrapnel will send me a cheque but for us who don't live in the US, how are we going to draw that cheque?

In addition to that, will I need to send in the original CD WHEN I place the order or AFTER I receive the SEIV Gold disk?

There was a lengthy discussion of the rebate in this thread (http://www.shrapnelgames.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=23&t=004303) . When you receive your copy of Gold, I expect there will be a form with the instructions for claiming the rebate.

I don't know what provisions were decided upon for rebates outside the US.

another question regarding ordering of se4 gold:

1)are there any other distributors (i.e. in europe)? the shipping fee of $16.70 when ordering outside the US is quite some cash.

2)also, could it be arranged that the $15 refund for sending in my old copy of se4 could be used to make up for the shipping fee? i'm asking since the cashing-in of the refund/rebate cheque outsied the US (i'm in germany) is a very costly and cumbersome process.

i'm a student and i'm broke all the time since, instead of getting a decent summer job, i waste my days and nights playing wonderful games like space empires 4.

I think tha's a good idea right there, the option to use the 15 dollars are credit to cover further shopping at shrapnel games or maybe Shrapnel could package in a special gift like a T-shirt or something.
