You guys do know that TCP/IP is enabled in the demo? Just checking http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif .

Cool. Is it identical to the Gold release but with a 100 turn limit? Or is there some stuff missing?

Nope everything is included as far as I know, just the limit.

There might be tech limits and such but at 100 turns that won't be noticable.

Yeah, I downloaded it and checked it out. Looks like mainly no stellar manip or cloaking, and the larger ship/unit sizes are out. And only about half the races.

But what is there should give a person an idea in 100 turns whether or not they like the game enough to buy it. Very nice.

Too bad PBW is down or I could set it up there for people to play. (ah well.)

It might be good idea to put SEIV Gold Demo to the downloads section. It took some time for me to find out where I can download it.
