Has anyone seen this before?

In a PBW game, I have the emotionless trait. My partner gifts me his planets, many of them were rioting. Now their mood is "emotionless" as expected, but their reproduction rate is 0% and I can't build anything, as if the planets were still rioting. (planet conditions are not deadly, btw).

A bug? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/confused.gif

Yep, I've already noticed the same thing with conquering planets as an emotionless race & reported it. We'll see how fast MM can fix it.

Emotionless just locks your population at a set level. So if you conquer a planet, and it's angry, it will ALWAYS be angry. If you conquer a planet and it's jublient, ditto.

OTOH.. try removing all the colonists, replacing them, and then putting them back. Might reset the level of happyness.

Good idea on removing "unloading the population" and loading them back onto the planet. I wonder if that would work with rioters on a legitimate race? I'll have to give that a shot.

If that works, then it would be a bug. A rioting planet wouldn't stop rioting if you forcibly re-located the population. The people would grow even angrier at that.
