Was the Vietnam campaign ever completed??

I'm new here, and was excited to see all the effort and planning that was going into creating what looks be a long campaign for Vietnam.

Did progress halt on this, or did this turn into one of the campaigns the CD comes with?

I have the total conversion file on a backup hard drive. It was never completed and will not run on Windows 10.

I have some of Skoal's older stuff, in that mess of files I have, and it's all older stuff from the early days of things.
