Having a little bit of trouble finding the sight to download the 1.5 Version of the propmod. Also is the AI able to handle this Version a little better?

Yes, 1.5 makes large improvements to the AI. It can now develop its colonies properly, and builds and designs things better. The Amon'krie are the best-tweaked of the 1.5 AI's.
