Quick Question for Simultaneous Combat

Is there any way to get tactical combat into simulatenous mode for multiplayer (TCP/IP game)?

Darn. My tactic of running away with organic armor for 20 turns and then turning around and punching really hard doesn't work anymore then... heh.
