Hey Val, please read

Im having an error problem with the B5 races. All the b5 races have an ai_construction_units.txt file. Well, with the new Version of 1.67 SE4, im getting an error with this file saying % of resources to be used to build.

I know it should be easy to fix, but im not sure what value its looking for. Any ideas.

I haven't really played with the Gold AIs all that much yet, I'll take a look at them and see what's up.

The file needs this line at the beginning:
Percentage of Resources To Reserve For Unit Construction := 10
