AI Intelligence (I know - oxymoron)

Is there any way to control what intel projects the AI uses. I'm not happy with the current system.

Yes, I am using it, but I'm not home now. I can describe it.

It's something that was included on the GOLD CD. It creates a research catagory called Human Intel. That way the AI doesn't waste Intel points on projects it can't use (like gather information).
