I prefer the in-game "Comparisons" chart.
Graphs are pretty, and it's fun to laugh maniacally when you see the graph of 125,000 troops vs the piddly little fuzz of the other races http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon10.gif Bwa Ha HA!

Of course, seeing the nasty cliff where I lost 230 ships in one month is a bummer. At least I still have my fleet of 25 BattleMoons http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

every pbw game
even my first pbw game 'rapid turnover (hopefully)' was spreadsheeted and spreadsheets were sent to my replacement player :-)
