MOO3?

This is a legit question, not a troll. I'm going to buy a new space game soon, why should I get SEIV?

I have list of reasons I think SEIV will be better than MOO3, but I asked the same question on the MOO3 board and I thought it would be courteous to ask it here, too. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

In my opinion it's at least 75% chance that MOO3 will never be finished, for Stars Supernova 90% chance.
