Ya, it's the only good thing about having a slower computer at the office - longer compile breaks. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

Actually one of the benefits of being admin is that it's actually on my test server http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif . A Netra with plenty of CPU and other stuff.

I am trying to learn how to setup database driven websites with apache,php,php-nuke, and mysql.

At work also... but when the system comes down thrice daily for update, I log onto here. It helps me resist the temptation to enter data that will inevitably never make it to the shadow file for later update...

Yeah, that's it... it's actually beneficial to be here!!

yea, just taking breaks and lunch.

S--y has us busting our buns to integrate the two chips we sell them into one package, with better performance and for less money, or it's bye bye...
That could be a good thing for you'all, sometime.

What burns me is I know they have different model 2xs, but do I see a high end SVGA RGB pigtail for it in the US stores? What about component video Y/Pr/Pb pigtails? No their boxes are marked NTSC for regular TV composite video.

Well, on to next project. This AGB has a lot of little parts.

Life at work is like a tree full of monkeys, all on different limbs at different levels.

Some monkeys are climbing up, some down.

The monkeys on top look down and see a tree full of smiling faces.

The monkeys on the bottom look up and see nothing but a**holes.

Just came back from work. I do read the Boards sometimes while at work (especially when waiting for an answer http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif ), but very seldom post during work hours (not that I am much of a poster anyways http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif ).

I am home now, going back to my original post. Richard could you make an alternate shrapenl site that looks like a spread sheet? This would make me a star performer!! LOL. Actually I don't work. I am on VA disability. I have to scrape to make ends meet but I refuse to give up my computer or ISP. To lose either one would be death.

I'm a government contractor, so my work tends to be the "hurry up and wait" kind. I was working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week, throughout February & March, with barely time to get food & drink out of vending machines, much less read/post to the forum. After we met the deadline, life got very quiet as we wait for the government to make some decisions...

I work for the Government also and spend my down time between spurts of work checking this site out.

Work? Um, yes, If loving what you do and get paid for is work, then yes I work. Like most others I post mosty form work.
I do desktop support, nobody understands what I have on my screen anyway. This look just like more "techy stuff". They know if they don't ask, I won't tell them.

I work in the r and D building for T.I. I do computer and end user support. most of my day is sitting aorund waiting for some dumbass to call and ask a question on how to turn on their computer.
