Wanted to find out the general consensus on email communication between two empires outside of the game on PBW.

Once you have met in-game, I see no reason why not.

Especially in RP games, since the in-game Messages are very limited.

Yep, must agree with SJ and Tesco, once you've met in the game and especially in RP games, it should be ok, some Messages could be longer then the msg screen could take....

Yeah, I agree with you guys. There is nothing wrong with it. It's rather difficult to coordinate attacks from within the game's message system.

Unless there's a specific prohibition against e-mail, I see no problem with it. Especially when you need to co-ordinate something this turn.
