I would like to find out few question?
I know there a facility can build to boast the training and skill facilites in the system.
Is the crew member can gain experience?
Can I transfer the experience crew into the poerful ship and let him run the show?
Thankyou.

Thankyou.<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">Ship crews gain experience by destroying enemy ships in combat, by standard Ship Training facilities, or by Psychic Ship Training facilities.
Ship experience is non-transferable. A ship can be retrofitted to another design while maintianing experience, however.
Fleet experience is technically transferable, if ships are rotated out so that the fleet is always in existance (ie, remove all but one ship, put in new ships, remove remaining ship). AFAIK, fleet experience is gained through teamwork in combat. If multiple ships contribute to a kill, then fleet experience increases a little. Can also be gained through standard/Psychic Fleet Training facilities.

I'm still looking for confirmation of the claim that troops dropped on a planet inherit the transport's experience in combat. Someone just posted this in a thread discussing planet capture and I've never been able to guess how anyone could determine if this was happening, let alone get anyone else to confirm or deny it.

The way to confirm it would be to:
1) attack an undefended homeworld with a brand-new transport. Count how many militia survive.
2) reload the game, and use the same troops on an experienced transport. Count how many militia survive this time.
Be sure to repeat steps 1 and 2 a few times to smooth out the randomness inherent in combat. If you still see a significant change in the results of combat, then the experience may be the cause.
