how do i set up an email game with my friends, i didnt see it in the manuel

Have them create empire files and email them to you. You then use them to create a game. In the mechanics tab, select Simultaneous Movement and Different Machines. Add a Savegame name. Then, email the game file to all players. They play their turns and email their .plr files to you. You use them to load the game as host and process the turns.

I would suggest that you use PBW (http://seiv.pbw.cc/) instead. It automates most of this for you.

Actually... I don't think PBW supports any Versions before 1.41. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif Not that anybody should be playing such old Versions.

Well, not ALL mods, but all mods that we have setup support for. If you have one that's not listed you can ask us and we will set it up for you.

And we used to support 1.41, but I took it off to save space cause noone was using it. The oldest Version now supported is 1.49.

I suppose if someone want's 1.41 for some wierd reason I could reinsatll it though. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon12.gif

And, for mods that are not supported, you can still have PBW collect and distribute turns that you process on your own machine.
