TDM ?

Can anyone explain or point me to a Doc that explains what the TDM mod does. I have been to the TDM web page but it does not explain what it does IE It improves the AI in these X areas, adds these cool races along with there AI’s, is it a true MOD or an alteration to the basic files?

I am looking for something to improve the basic game is the area of Minister AI, the AI not cheating so much and the like. I like the basic game but am not looking to change the over all appearance of the game like a Babylon 5 type mod. Just looking for some basic improvements.

It is not so much a mod, as a total overhaul & upgrade of the AIs.
It does not overwrite the basic files, but it will provide new Versions of most (if not all) of the default AIs.

Using them for ministers will work. Just choose the shipset who's AI most closely matches your own strategies. Be sure to select "Use Race Minister Style := Using Style From Race" in your race setup.
