True - I have modded some of the Data files - but nothing that affects other emps - that I know of.

I can load all my emps from the get-go; that is -- pre-any-changes, but not the others. Not that I play using any of them. Just wonderin'

WinXP, Intel PIV - 2 gigHz, 512 megs RAM. Same as when I started.

The most likely cause of this is changing the RacialTraits file. If you change the number of racial traits then previous *.emp files will be invalid.

I added a special racial trait to make it easier for me to set up unique techs, etc. for my emp.
