Working on my mod, I have been trying to add more pictures for the warp points. So far, SE4 only uses the different pictures for the unstable warp points. All of the "normal" warp points are forced to use the default picture. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon9.gif Is there any way to fix this, short of cheating and making the "normal warp point" entry become unstable, but with no harmful abilities, so that it will use random pictures?

You can make new warp point entries (warp point- funky http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/tongue.gif ) then call for them in the system types.

From my System Mod, I found adding any effective ability to warp points caused it to use one of the "unusual" warp point pictures. I don't know if non-WP abilities such as Armor would work, but you could also use Shield Disruption with amount of 0.

Yeah, that is a problem. Maybe I'll just make all WPs be "unstable" and have some "unstable" WPs with no abilities. Hmm... that would make for much more interesting maps. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/icons/icon7.gif
