Building Queue ???

I've been wondering if there is a building queue mod to allow multiple items being build in a game month? It seems like an inefficient limitation of not allowing multiple ships and facilities to be built in a turn. It really manifest itself in later in the game when you have Sphere and Ring worlds. It takes soooo looooong to fully develop these worlds, and this mod would be super!

If you want to build a lot of ships at once, you can build lots of base space yards.
