It is non-existant. I cancelled the order two weeks ago and still no refund. They've even stopped sending me emails telling me they're "working on it." This really sucks.

Please accept our apologies but we are going through some personal and business problems at the moment that are cuasing some issue to take longer than they should. Most people on this forum could tell you how quick we are at normally getting to customer support issues, but right now we're just backed up.
