I saw it somewhere... but impossible to find it again. It was a bmp file with all custom graphics for a new race : ships, explosion, leader picture, flags... It was on the star trek theme, I think.
It was a very convenient overview for modding.
Do you know the URL og that image ?

Check the HTML Viewers (http://se4kdy.cyberwars.com/files/) I made. If that's not what you were talking about it must be something similar.

<font size="2" face="Verdana, Helvetica, sans-serif">I'm sorry - but I thought I had that bmp in my collection. But why do you need it? Can't you model your mod using a standard race (I'd use Terran) for what's needed?
Worse case: make your own all-encompassing bmp reference file. If you have trouble with doing that - drop me a note.
