ver 1.49 Message Bug

Is it a bug in ver 1.49 were the end on a long message goes below the bottom of the message screen? I can't seem to find a way to view the Last bit if the message

Just go into settings.txt (inside the P&N data folder), and one of the Last entries will be:
"Use old Political Log Message Display := TRUE"
Set it to false, and the full Messages will appear.

I set it that way because the message display style (with scrollbars) were causing my computer to lock up. I forgot to change it back before uploading the mod.
